Qualifications

  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills, basic financial knowledge of revenue and profitability, intermediate computer and electronic file management skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills including the ability to follow-up, be detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to telephone inquiries and conduct both walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties.
  • Maintain the community's Customer Relationship Management database accurately by entering new inquiry information and consistently recording appropriate follow-up communication with inquiries and prospective residents.
  • Qualify prospective residents by effectively assessing their needs and matching our services to maximize move-in potential.
  • Assist the General Manager and Sales Director(s) in ensuring that all aspects of the community, including available apartments, model apartments, common areas, and grounds, are staged, marketable, and presentable.
  • Aid the Management Team in completing necessary move-in paperwork as required, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and compliance with company policies and state licensing regulations.
  • Coordinate move-in and transfer arrangements, collaborating with community staff such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and movers to ensure apartment readiness.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to high-level service delivery, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and addressing service failures promptly.
  • Effectively communicate complex information verbally, demonstrating strong communication skills when interacting with residents, family members, and customers.
  • Foster warm and helpful communication while building credibility and rapport with others.
  • Collaborate cooperatively with a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Maintain tactfulness, uphold confidences, and promote an ethical work environment by preventing inappropriate behavior and giving proper credit to others.
  • Remain open-minded and adaptable, readily changing opinions based on new information, managing transitions effectively, and adapting to varying customer needs.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
